About usAbout 10 Minute CBT10 Minute CBT was developed by Dr Lee David, who is a GP with a particular interest in mental health. The training programmes have been developed and refined through an extensive process of action research over the past five years, to ensure that our training is of the highest possible standard and meets the needs of participants. Our CBT trainers are all highly qualified professionals with extensive training in CBT and communication skills. They come from a variety of backgrounds in the NHS and other settings. They are also experienced educators who are extremely skilled at working with groups, individuals and organisations.
